Balancing Act: A Letter to the Overwhelmed Working Mamas

Hey there, beautiful mamas!

Today, I want to talk about the juggling act we all know too well. One where we’re caught between our career ambitions and the desire to be the best mom we can be. We love our kids to the moon and back, and we cherish our careers, but oh boy, it gets tough, doesn’t it?

You know what I’m talking about. Those moments when you’re torn between staying late at work or making it to your little one’s dance recital on time. That mental tug-of-war of “Should I strive for that promotion, or is it going to take too much away from my family time?”

Let’s face it, we all have those days when we feel like we’re sprinting a marathon with no finish line. And that exhaustion, both mental and physical, isn’t just about us. It impacts our relationships, our kids, our joy.

In those moments, don’t you wish you could just hit the ‘pause’ button? Like, take a breather, maybe grab a power nap (remember those?), and simply recharge. Because trying to keep up with this frantic pace feels like running on an endless treadmill.

But what if I told you there’s a way off this treadmill?

Enter, the game-changer: coaching.

Imagine having your personal cheerleader, someone who’s walked in your shoes, who understands the pressures you’re under, and can help you make decisions based on what you truly want in life. A coach who can give you the perspective to move beyond the fatigue and overwhelm, and help you keep true to who you are.

We will make it actionable and give you real steps to reduce overwhelm, fight mom guilt, and achieve your goals and you will have an accountability partner with you while you implement and succeed.

So, if you’re feeling stuck in a rut, and you’re seeking that elusive balance, I’m here to help. I’ve been there, and together, we can plot a course out of this burnout brigade and towards a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Your journey to a brighter, happier, and more balanced you begins here.

Your coach, cheerleader, and accountability partner, Shayla
