I didn’t start at the top. I started at the bottom—just a girl from Kansas, waiting tables, with no roadmap for success. But I figured it out. I worked my way up, step by step, until I made it to the C-suite by 40.

I became a happy, high-performing C-Suite executive with luxurious amounts of time for the things that mattered most. I mastered how to increase my performance while decreasing stress, build strong relationships without overextending myself, and simplify my schedule without sacrificing success.
