I built the Performance + Happiness Formula when I was stuck in middle management, burned out, and overwhelmed. I was a single mom with autoimmune diseases, determined to chase my dreams and show my daughters what was possible.
So I stopped trying to survive and built a system to help me thrive.
Results: I made it to the C-suite, earned six-figure bonuses, landed seven-figure contracts—and I did it without ever missing a birthday.
Relationships: I healed from a traumatic divorce, edited by circle, and got remarried to the absolute best partner for me.
Rituals: I lost 35 pounds, got my autoimmune conditions under control, and now I’m strong, energized, and full of life.
Mindset: I trained my brain to think on purpose, feel on purpose, and create on purpose. That mindset carried me through the hardest chapter of my life—surviving a coma and relearning how to walk and talk again without resentment or regret.
